Strawberries & 'Cream' Overnight Oats
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 40g Oats
- 200ml Coconut/Almond Milk
- 60-100g Fresh Strawberries
- 50g 0% Greek Yoghurt/Coconut Yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Flaked Almonds
- Mix the oats, chia seeds, and milk together.
- Add half the strawberries chopped into the mixture.
- Pour into a jar or glass and leave overnight.
- Once ready to eat, top with the yoghurt and the rest of the strawberries.
- Finish off by drizzling with honey and sprinkling with the flaked almonds.
- Dig in and enjoy!
