Blueberry Blast Smoothie
What better way to start your day than with this delicious Blueberry Blast Smoothie.
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
50g Frozen blueberries
Half a frozen banana
1 tbsp plain yoghurt
200ml skimmed or coconut milk
Blend everything together and serve immediately (with a few extra blueberries and a sprinkle of coconut if you like!)
